Topics covered will include what is community and how to build community with the people you see everyday. A strong community provides the foundation upon which to heal especially when things go wrong. Conflict is natural and the conflict is ours to care for and transform. Listening deeply, acknowledging feelings and thoughts, self awareness of our strengths and vulnerabilities create the space to be able to honestly communicate. This is an introduction not a training. You will leave with information about why we need Restorative Justice in Education, and how RJE is implemented in schools and organizations. You will also experience building community with all the other attendees.
